I have a real problem with heavy metal patche when I crank up the volume on my amp and palm mute I get a real loud boom that sounds really bad at low volume its fine but it only does it on one of my guitar and I have emgs on the one I mainly use I don't know what model I know its and epiphone but it doesn't do it on my first act guitar please. This patch may work for you at loud volumes though.
