i'm sure this patch rocks, but when it says take the cab sim off, what do i do, do i just turn it off or put it on EQ. If so, what setting should i have?

I used this for out of my amp and it was a great high gain patch. Of course I had the cab sim turned off, and I adjusted the EQ and gain to my liking. Good patch!
