Guitar effect patches for the zoom G2 and G2.1u

Introducing The G Series from Zoom. Zoom's new G2 combines a harmonized pitch shifter with a built-in PCM drum machine. It also sports the World's fastest patch change.

Mesa/Boogie high-gain - Various

Description:

This patch emulates the high gain sound of a mesa/boogie amp (like the dual rectifier) as used for metal and shred. I used the Ed because the bG drive sucks when it comes to high gain mode (it becomes teribly fuzzy). I play with it Dream Theater, Shadows Fall, Trivium. If you want a great lead sound, just adjust like this: chorus: 82 19 4, delay: dL 29 46 18, reverb: 22 9 12. Amp settings: bass-3, mid-6, treble-6.
